• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player on the CBRBet Platform, used to access games, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Balance" — the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, or bonus balances credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which CBRBet verifies the identity, age, and residence of a Player using official documentation.
• "Platform" — the CBRBet website, mobile interface, and all associated software and services accessible at cbrbet.click.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, promotions, loyalty programmes, and ancillary services provided by CBRBet.
• "Transaction" — any deposit, withdrawal, wager, bonus credit, or adjustment made to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account with CBRBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. CBRBet enforces this restriction strictly and will request proof of age via KYC documentation at any stage. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
2. You are registering voluntarily and of your own free will, not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order through CBRBet or any other gambling platform or regulatory scheme.
4. You have not previously had an Account closed by CBRBet for a breach of these Terms.
5. You are not acting in a professional capacity for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over CBRBet, including but not limited to use of automated betting systems, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated group play designed to exploit promotional terms.
6. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. CBRBet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CBRBet immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

CBRBet may, at its discretion, require Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address issued within the past three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement from a Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong account).

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of RM5, deducted from the Account Balance, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. CBRBet will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy fee.

CBRBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers (BTC, USDT). Available methods may change at any time at CBRBet's discretion.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30. Maximum deposit: RM30,000 per transaction.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX and direct bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes depending on the issuing bank.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• CBRBet does not charge processing fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Maximum withdrawal: subject to the Player's verified account tier and daily limits as communicated at time of request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit by the same Player, or to a bank account verified as belonging to the Player during KYC.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive funds within 15 minutes during operational hours. CBRBet reserves the right to extend this window to up to 5 business days in cases requiring additional verification.
• If a Player has received a bonus, all applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in the deduction of the bonus amount and any associated winnings prior to withdrawal.

CBRBet offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral bonuses. Each promotion is subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money balance is staked first unless the Player is playing with an active bonus.
• CBRBet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are suspected of abusing promotional terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Circumventing this limitation constitutes bonus abuse.

CBRBet offers a range of gaming products including live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), slots, sports betting (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and UFC), fish shooting games, and game shows. All games are provided by licensed third-party software studios and operate under independently certified RNG technology.

• Bets are final once confirmed. CBRBet does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during gameplay, CBRBet will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, the bet may be refunded at CBRBet's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by Player tier.
• CBRBet reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed as a result of technical malfunctions, incorrect odds published in error, or circumstances constituting obvious pricing mistakes.
• For sports betting, CBRBet uses market-standard rules for settlement, including Asian Handicap and Over/Under. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, CBRBet's decision is final.
• CBRBet publishes RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles. These figures represent long-term statistical return rates and are not guarantees of any individual session outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CBRBet Platform. Violation of any item on this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account with CBRBet.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software, or systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by CBRBet.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in games or the Platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or any form of cheating in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Placing bets on fixed or manipulated sporting events.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or the transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing CBRBet staff or other platform users through the live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Accounts of other Players without authorisation.

All content on the CBRBet Platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, design elements, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of CBRBet or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of CBRBet.

Unauthorised use of CBRBet's intellectual property — including use of the CBRBet name, logo, or brand assets in any context outside the Platform — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

CBRBet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CBRBet will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, for the purposes of completing a transaction you have initiated, or where you have given explicit consent. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CBRBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

CBRBet does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may affect Platform accessibility. CBRBet shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds placed as wagers on the Platform. CBRBet shall bear no liability for gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of play. You agree that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.

CBRBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account held by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• At the Player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

Upon termination for cause, CBRBet may, at its discretion, withhold funds pending investigation. Where a Player's Account is closed at their own request or due to no fault of their own, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
